Rico Auto Industries Ltd (Al. & Fe Division) Gurugram(HR) and Rico Auto Industries Ltd. Bawal (HR) took their first step towards TPM journey on 11th August 2017, following Manager Model Machines taken:- 4 Manager Model Machines from Al. division, Fe division and Bawal division were selected and TPM activities were done on all 12 model machines.
Formally as a first step we hosted a TPM KICKOFF CEREMONY to mark the inauguration of our TPM Excellence journey. TPM Kickoff Ceremony was done at following divisions -

After getting the feel of success on 12 Manager Model Machines, companywide TPM kick off was decided. Here are few glimpses of the ceremony
JIPM has recommended 12 steps to successfully deploy TPM. It begins with preparing the company for the journey, through the ordered deployment of 8 pillars to attain regular application.
Kickoff is primary step before companywide implementation.
Benefits of TPM for achieving business goals were provided. Role of TPM in achieving Zero Breakdown, Zero Losses, Zero Defects and Zero Accidents were explained to all employees and guests. Rico auto maintains the TPM Policy and also commit to adhere the Policy guidelines.
Mr. Surendra Singh (COO) helped employees in learning the TPM strategy and its implementation along with expectations and the results. Also he shared an inspiring story of Ms. Anurima Ghosh and urged to make it a way for living life.
He also explained how TPM will contribute in development of the organization and an individual. He also shared the current positioning of Rico Auto Industries between users.
Mr. Abdul Wadood and Tausif Khan (CII TPM Club India) shared the results achieved by companies who have implemented TPM. He explained the importance of commitment in TPM.
All employees signed the Commitment board and wrote their personal commitment statement for achieving the organization goals.
During the entire journey PQCDSM target taken for MM Machine and monitor the trending result of all machines, we have achieved the target more than our expectations.
